In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

bv8888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age (CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification) at any stage. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned minus any bonuses claimed, subject to applicable compliance obligations.

Each Player may hold one (1) bv8888 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bv8888 employs technical and administrative controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any winnings accrued across those accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bv8888 account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication tokens. bv8888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the bv8888 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv8888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own service charges independently of bv8888.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the bv8888 cashier page and are subject to change with notice. bv8888 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per month at its reasonable discretion, particularly for newly registered accounts or accounts pending KYC verification.

• bv8888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at a clearly erroneous odds price resulting from a technical or human error. Players will be notified and the staked amount returned.

• Parlays (accumulator bets) containing one or more void selections will be settled as though the void leg did not exist, with the parlay recalculated accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bv8888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, bv8888 reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, void all bets and bonuses, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently ban the Player from the bv8888 Platform. bv8888 may refer evidence of criminal conduct to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the bv8888 Platform — including but not limited to the bv8888 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, software code, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bv8888 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. bv8888 will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise disruption but shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

bv8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bv8888 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The Player has provided false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to bv8888.
• The Player is under the age of 21.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Player or their designated third party.

On termination for breach, bv8888 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately owned by the Player and not tainted by fraudulent activity, bv8888 will return such funds to the Player's verified payment method, net of any bonuses and promotional credits.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bv8888 account may do so at any time by contacting bv8888 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv8888 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and bv8888, you agree to first contact bv8888 customer support in writing and allow bv8888 a period of 30 calendar days to investigate and resolve the matter. bv8888 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under bv8888's operating licence. bv8888 will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution body upon request.

bv8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bv8888 will provide notice by email to your registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the bv8888 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your bv8888 account before the effective date of the changes.
